Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Wrenli account and all associated data.

In-App Deletion (Fastest)

The quickest way to delete your account is from inside the Wrenli app:

  1. Open the Wrenli app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Request Deletion via the Web

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below. We will verify your identity using the email address associated with your account and delete your data within 30 days.

What should we delete? *

Submitting opens your email client with a pre-filled message to privacy@wrenli.com. Send the email to complete your request.

Prefer email directly? Write to privacy@wrenli.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Wrenli account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile and email address
  • All baby profiles (names, dates of birth, photos)
  • All tracking data — feedings, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, medications, doctor visits
  • Memories, photos, captions, notes, and journal entries
  • AI assistant conversation history

Deletion requests are forwarded to our data processors (Cloudflare, Clerk, RevenueCat, Anthropic) so your data is removed from their systems as well.

We may retain aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you, and a minimal record of the deletion itself where required for legal or tax compliance.

Timeline

  • Within 72 hours — we confirm receipt of your request
  • Within 30 days — your account and personal data are permanently deleted
