1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wrenli ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Wrenli ("we," "our," or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Wrenli is an AI-powered parenting companion that helps you track your baby's daily activities (feedings, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, medications, and doctor visits), store photo memories, and receive personalized insights through an AI assistant.

The Service is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android, and through our website at wrenli.com. Features may vary by platform and subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use Wrenli, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Subscription & Billing

Wrenli offers the following tiers:

• Free tier — Core logging features (feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones) are free forever. Includes limited AI chat messages.
• Pro plan — Unlocks unlimited AI chat, baby monitor with cry detection, SmartNap predictions, personalized stories, developmental reports, growth analysis, and 20+ premium features. Available as monthly or annual subscriptions.

Auto-renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have Pro access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, but refund requests may be directed to the respective app store.

Price changes

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing periods, not your current subscription term.

5. User Content

You own your data. All content you create, upload, or store in Wrenli — including tracking logs, photos, notes, and chat messages — remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
• Circumvent rate limits, subscription restrictions, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Wrenli name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks, graphics, and software are the property of Wrenli and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

The Service may include open-source software components, which are subject to their respective licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenli and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion option. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
